Make kababs . Shallow fry and keep aside</span><br /><br /><span style="color: #38761d;">For Gravy:</span><span style="color: #741b47;">Make a paste of 03 tomatoes, 3-4 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika/ red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp cumin and 1/4 tsp coriander seeds. </span><br /><br /><span style="color: #741b47;">Heat 1 tbsp oil. To this add 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp coriander seeds and 1/2 tsp peppercorns. Saute and add the paste. Cook till oil raw smell changes.
