For lots of masala use 2 ½ cups basmati rice, for standard Biryani 4 cups rice, I md chicken, 1/3rd cup oil, 3md onion, 1 garlic, 2 ginger, 1 ½ cup yogurt, 2tbs kewra water, 10-12 cloves, 3md cardamoms, 2 cinnamon, 1ts full whole black paper, 1ts full cumin seeds, 10-12 green cardamoms, ¼ ts food color, mint hand full, 6-8 green chilies, 4-5 Prunes, 1 ts salt, 1ts chili powder, 1ts coriander powder.
For rice ½ ts cumin seeds, 10-12 cloves, for 2 ½ cup rice 1 ½ tbs salt for 4 cup rice 2tbs salt.
