Balti Chicken Masala:
Superrrrrrr Delicioussss With A Piece of butter melting on top...... :)

1 whole chicken in karhai pieces
1/2 cup or more oil
2 medium onions, sliced
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp kalonji seeds
6 black peppercorns
3 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
1 1/2 th tsp chilli powder
3/4th tsp garam masala
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp yogurt
1 big or to taste green chillies(cut into big round pieces)
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 into 1 inch of chilled butter( or 2 pieces for decoration)

Heat oil and add onions... Fry on medium heat until golden brown... Add tomatoes, kalonji seeds, pepper corns, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick , chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste... Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 mints on medium to high heat...
Add the chicken and cook, stiring until well coated in the spice paste... Add yogurt and mix!
Add about half glass of water, cover and let it cook until chicken is completly done... Add lemon juice...
Now cook on high heat ... Add green chillies and wait until it leaves oil...
Put a piece of butter on top and cover... Remove from heat after 3 to 5 mints...
Garnish with a piece of butter(if u wnt to add more) coriander and slice of lemon.
